    We ensure that we have the right structures in place and that everyone understands what their role is. Its also really important for us to have a strong operations function.

    We try to leverage the strengths that the larger organization already has. This includes their technology, their finance department, their HR, etc. We also learn from their processes.

    We believe that its important to give internal staff the opportunity to grow in their career within the organization. Our approach is to hire great talent and work on their skills and create a path for them to progress internally. When recruiting externally, we like to make the process as agile as possible.
